As a licensed Realtor® in Texas since 2010 and Managing Partner of The LaBita Team, I’ve built a career centered on service, leadership, and results. Our multigenerational real estate team has nearly 80 years of combined experience, proudly serving the Greater Houston area with hundreds of successful closings and lifelong client relationships.
I began my career in my mid-20s and quickly became one of the youngest top producers at Keller Williams Signature. That success opened the door to leadership, where I coached agents in Houston and College Station, helping build a $56M sales force. I later managed brokerage operations in Katy, then led a 350-agent, $700M-producing office in Round Rock—earning the PT50 Real Estate Manager of the Year award for the Austin area.
In 2018, I returned to Houston to lead The LaBita Team, focusing on growth and elevating the client experience. In 2023, we partnered with Compass to take the business to the next level—leveraging industry-leading technology, marketing, and support to better serve our clients.

Matt was incredibly easy to work with. This was our first home purchase and he made the time to explain every step of the process and answer any questions we had or was confused about. He met with us and listened closely to what we were looking for and our circumstances and the first house he showed us was the one we ended up buying He was a great steward of our budget and asks and the house he found us met all of our criteria must haves and like to haves . Matt and his team with Mary have made this very intimidating process so much smoother and more comfortable. They were also both incredibly available for tours or when our family wanted to see the house when they were in town, they made it work with the sellers and their own time.
