Katelyn Pham is an ambitious and hardworking professional who has proven on multiple occasions how much time and energy she dedicated to her work and to her clients. A long-time resident in Houston, TX growing up speaking both fluent and conversational in English and Vietnamese language, she is able to communicate effectively with those in which she surrounds herself with. She successfully graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. After graduation, she quickly found work for private company and volunteered for non-profit organizations for many years. Prior to joining the team at 5th Stream Realty, she has been in the real estate business serving clients in residential and commercial sales for several years. For the duration of this time, she maintained an efficient and effective work ethic that proved to be an essential accomplishment for her clients' real estate business needs.

I am a licensed attorney with a keen interest in all facets of Real-Estate. My real estate practice focuses primarily on high end residential, commercial, and farm/ranch property located within a one hour drive of Houston Texas.

As a native of Houston, I've lived in Friendswood, Pearland, and Houston. I actively manage rental properties in all 3 locations and actively pursue new opportunities to expand my real estate practice.

Cynthia has been licensed since 2005 and obtained her brokers license in the fall of 2008. During that time she has an extraordinary number of closings, both for the rental market and the selling/buying side of the business. One of her main strengths is that she does an excellent job of maintaining the lines of communication so that the client always knows where they stand and what the strategy is for each property.

Cynthia has been a resident of Houston for over 20 years residing in the Piney Point/Memorial area. She has an excellent knowledge of all areas of the city and can work and list any property in the Houston and surrounding areas.

In addition to being an expert in all areas of selling or listing a property, she also has design skills that helps her work with client's needs as they relate to color and patterns of a home. Houston is a great city to raise a family and a hub for business of all kinds. Tammy is a native Houstonian and has watched Houston grow into the fourth largest city in the US. Working to keep her pulse on the city, Tammy works in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to becoming an agent, Tammy was responsible for the locations of her employer. She has brought 20 years of experience in commercial leasing, space planning and project management to her real estate clients. During that same time, Tammy became a mediator working with family, labor and civil disputes. That experience lends a special skill set when it comes to the negotiating table for her clients. Tammy seeks to provide concierge service for her clientele. Working in residential and commercial real estate, Tammy understands the synergism between the two. Tammy has worked in the legal field as a law firm's Firm Administrator and, independently, as a mediator. She has also served her community in an elected position. She has volunteered with Star of Hope and Interfaith Research and Ministries and was a charter member of the Houston Lady Lions (Lions International). Currently, Tammy leads a financial responsibility course in the Memorial Villages.
