AnJee is a Houston Area Native growing up in Missouri City/Sugar Land. In May of 2016, after receiving both academic and athletic scholarships to play collegiate volleyball (captain), she graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors and received her bachelor's degree in biology and applied arts & science. Her mother and father instilled in her the importance of excelling in academics, being honest and trustworthy, a leader and most importantly a team player.

Real Estate is in AnJee's DNA! She grew up assisting her father, a veteran army sergeant, with investing, rehabbing homes, buying raw land/lots, flipping, renting out properties, managing Airbnb/tiny homes and recently with beginning to build an 8-plex. A difficult move to Houston in 1984, as the result of a transfer, inspired her to become a Realtor® to help people cope with those transitions; while her background as a pre-school teacher ingrained in her the importance of focusing on the basics. Sales associate Melissa Braniff learned early in her real estate career that communication was the foundation of strong relationships and successful transactions. Having fine tuned her communications skills as an advertising executive for 13 years, Melissa set her sights on a career in real estate, where she could meet new people and bring them together so goals and dreams are shared.
