Hello future client, my name is Heidi Bonilla born and raised in Houston TX. Because of my Hispanic background I know how to read, write and speak Spanish fluently. I also obtained a BBA degree with a major in Marketing from SHSU. With that being said, I decided to follow my dream after graduating and do real estate because I always loved houses and the history behind them. At some point in my life I did want to do architecture but sadly I do not know how to draw. Fast forward to years later, I figured out that although I cannot create the structure of a house I can definitely help future home owners in creating new memories in a house by helping them get their dream home.

I am determined, hard working, and strive to give my clients the absolute best service possible. I promise to always be completely honest and open with every person I'm fortunate enough to work with. My degree from Texas A&M focused largely on leadership and communication which will aid me in securing the best deal possible for my clients. Real Estate Background: Anderson began his real estate career in Houston in 2012 as a wholesale agent. After a year of learning the city and the market as a wholesaler, he moved into the investment side. Over the next 3 years, he and his business partner Oliver primarily focused on flipping luxury homes in The Woodlands, Heights, and Memorial. During that time, they formed Connected Realty, and in 2015, made the transition to full-time brokerage. They have since made building and leading a team of agents, in both Houston and Austin, their primary focus!

Personal: Anderson was born and raised in the West Houston area and returned here after attending Texas A&M University. He and his wife Sarah have been married 6 years and have two daughters, Elyia and Nora. Outside of being with his family and working, Anderson loves to be with family and good friends at the family ranch!
