Lindsey called Fort Worth, Texas home but after graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, she moved to Houston and now considers herself a Houstonian. Her husband grew up in West University and attended Lamar High School. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants around town and hanging out with friends and family. She volunteers with Casa de Esperanza and is the co-president in her neighborhood mothers' club. She currently resides in Briargrove Park with her husband and they are proud parents to two crazy toddlers.

The Foundation was founded in the name and honor of one of Houston’s most beloved members of the real estate community, Nancy Owens, who lost her battle with breast cancer in September 2001. NOMF is dedicated to yearly fundraising activities that benefit cancer research.

In December of 2006, Mary, along with the entire Nancy Owens Memorial Foundation committee, was presented with the John E. Wolf Citizenship Cup Award by the Houston Association of Realtors. This prestigious award is given to a member who has made outstanding contributions to the community.

Mary moved to Houston with her family in 1995. As an expatriate she knows relocation first hand. Mary was born in England and has lived in Libya, Holland and Scotland.
