I have lived in the greater Houston area since 1982. I settled in the Rosenberg/Richmond area in Fort Bend County. The diversity of Fort Bend County is what drew me here in 2015 when I sold my home of nearly 30 years in Houston. Rosenberg and Richmond have a small-town feel, while being in close proximity to Houston.

I enjoy spending time with and attending my grandchildren's sporting events that range from gymnastics to softball. In my free time I like to explore my community and have found many hidden gems in the area. Rosenberg and Richmond have some of the best small businesses that I love to visit. This includes some of the greatest coffee shops, bakeries, wine bars, a local brewery, as well as a wide variety of amazing locally owned restaurants.

My passion for real estate first starts with my passion for people. As a Psychology Graduate, I have always loved to learn about people: how we think, how we act, how we feel, etc. Every person is so unique and no single process works for everybody, especially the home buying/selling process. I value individual needs and goals and will adapt to you. I have area expertise and work extensively in the Houston and Austin markets. Alison is an avid participant in charitable organizations. She enjoys supporting local and national charities by participating in bike rides, specifically the MS 150, which she has completed nine times. Alison has also been a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for the past 18 years. She often donates her time to the less fortunate, and since 2008, her family and friends have served many needy families lunch on Christmas Eve.

Alison currently resides in Lazybrook, enjoying the close nit community, easy access to many freeways and neighborhood establishments. Prior to Lazybrook, Alison lived in Oak Forest, where, unfortunately she lost her home to Hurricane Harvey. Prior to Oak Forest, Alison lived Downtown for 6 years, appreciating the diversity, people and things to do in Houston. Alison graduated High School from Ball High in Galveston, Texas. She frequents the Island monthly and used to own a short term rental on the Island. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and can often be found outdoors training for the MS 150 bicycle ride.

Although Alison hasn't been a Houston resident since birth, she moved here 23 years ago after receiving a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and vows never to leave! Alison also holds a Masters in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston- Downtown.
