His real estate career began in property management ten years ago where he developed a rich background marketing properties throughout Houston and San Antonio. Throughout this period in property management Nicholas mastered the art of identifying client's needs and sharpened his skills at achieving a high close ratio while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Understanding that in order to conquer business successfully he must have a strong ethical approach, a sharp wit and a determined drive to succeed, he brought his extensive knowledge to the Houston residential real estate market. Previously Nicholas has volunteered at Omega House (a residential hospice service), was a board member of LAMBDA Next Generation Young Professionals and was also a board member director of the AIDS Foundation. He is also a choir singer at Houston Show Choir. Gonzalo is a world traveler, born in Chile and raised as far West as Los Angeles, and as far East as Miami, with friends and family members everywhere in between. Now residing in Houston for over 20 years, Gonzalo has developed a true sense of compassion for his hometown, and aspires to share his knowledge and experience in real estate with his clients from all over the world. Dustee Gutierrez with Boulevard Realty has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Sam Houston State University. Dustee has been a real estate agent for 17 years. She also cheered for the Champion Houston Rockets from 94-95, 95-96. Dustee became interested in real estate and moved into the Woodland Heights into a 1920's home that she and her husband renovated. Through her enthusiasm and leadership abilities Dustee always caters to her clients and helps them reach their goals in real estate.

Dustee is an active member in Houston Heights Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Moms and Dads clubs at St. Thomas High School and St. Agnes Academy, a member of Pinehaven Estates Association, a member of the National Charity League and is a parishoner at St. Anns Catholic Church.

In Dustee's spare time she likes to workout, compete in fitness shows, read, travel, and best of all spend time with her family and three pets.
