Every seller wants the highest price for their home in the shortest amount of time. The key to making this happen is marketing. Marketing your property for sale is more than just listing it on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and waiting for the phone to ring. While that would be nice, it is usually not reality. In order to get the highest price for your home in the least amount of time you need maximum exposure. Marketing your home in the best way possible generates maximum exposure, which brings the largest number of qualified buyers, which in turn brings the most offers so you can choose which one puts the most money in your pocket. Your home is marketed not only by the internet and the MLS, but also via word of mouth, phone, social media such as facebook and twitter, my real estate blog, discussion at weekly sales meetings, and open houses to other real estate agents (broker open houses) and buyers (public open houses).
One of the most important aspects of marketing your home is feedback and communication. Behind the scenes I will continually be calling agents to request feedback and communicate this back to you so that you know exactly what buyers think about your home.

I truly love what I do. I had never been at a job where after a year I was not incredibly bored and looking for a new challenge – until I entered residential real estate! If you want to be really good, you must keep up with the market changes, legal updates, buyers, sellers, showings, negotiations and still smile along the way – even though it can be tough. I find the challenge of making this happen very stimulating and I strive each and every day to do a better job than the day before.
I was born in Houston and grew up in Friendswood. I received my B.S. in electrical engineering from Texas A&M. An active community volunteer, Jenny supports and volunteers for Pupsquad Dog Rescue and Rescued Pets Movement. She lives in the Houston Heights with her husband, daughter and stepson.
