My early years were enjoyed in the near north side, Lindale Park, and Heights neighborhoods of Houston, Texas. After graduation from Reagan Sr. High School my business career began in the secretarial field. While living in the Oak Forest West subdivisions, I become licensed as a Realtor and in 1977, I obtained my Broker’s Knowing many areas of Houston has been an advantage working with buyers and sellers in the estate field. My chosen profession provided the opportunity to enjoy several facets of real estate; residential and commercial sales, property management and while working in relocation, traveling to various cities making presentations on Houston and working with transferees to our beautiful city. I am a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I have served on the Homeowner’s Association Boards of Lindale Park and Sunset Heights. My degree From Our lady of the Lake provided me the opportunity to teach real estate classes part-time at Houston Community College and North Harris College. My real estate career of 30+ years has honored me with many rewards, but the greatest reward has Been the wonderful people I have met and worked with through the years. I received my BS from Sam Houston State in 1974 and spent 25 plus years working as a wallcovering, textile, wood veneer, and specialty paint manufacturers rep. as a salesman, sales manager, and president. I have always sought to be a trusted partner to the companies I have served rather than just a salesman. I was honored to be an industry foundation member for ASID and IIDA for 25 years. Being a concierge of information while offering a higher standard of personal service are essential building blocks to my success that I continue to offer today. My experience negotiating contracts and creating client trust that defines asset protection is something I have offered every client I have ever worked with. I also work from start to finish. That defines my commitment to my clients.
