Initially excelling in pharmaceutical sales for 18 years, winning awards and becoming a sales trainer, Ronda later took time off to raise her two children. During this break, she ventured into real estate investing, flipping homes and acquiring rental properties. Transitioning into a licensed real estate agent after a year of successful investing, Ronda progressed through various roles, including management at a mid-size brokerage. Her diverse experience with clients, from first-time home buyers to luxury buyers and sellers, led her to establish her own brokerage, Real Haven Realty, in 2022. Mary Frances Anderson DuMay, a native Houstonian and 23-year real estate agent, specializes in West University Place, River Oaks, and neighborhoods near the Texas Medical Center. Mary Frances is married to David, and they have three sons: Clayton, Conner, and Patrick. She's a Dog Mom to Lucky (yellow Labrador) and Penny (red-merle Australian Shepherd). Mary Frances plays golf when time permits and Houston's weather cooperates! She also enjoys traveling, tennis and gardening.

Before selling real estate, Mary Frances was a sports director/anchor at an NBC affiliate TV station in a small Texas town. She filmed, produced, and reported on local sports. Prior to her on-air position, Mary Frances was employed by Fox Sports Net and worked a second job as a stage manager at Houston Astros, Rockets and Aeros games in the late 1990s.
