Gabriella was born and raised in Birmingham, England, and moved to the states in 2004. Due to her personal experience of relocating to the states, it's easy for her to guide clients that are relocating as the expectation levels are different.

Terri is a native Texan, Texas Ex, and 25 year resident of Houston who resides in the Inner Loop Galleria area. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Education, prior to which she was a Kilgore College Rangerette and remains a proud member of Rangerettes Forever. Following college Terri taught elementary school for 13 years in the Tomball Independent School District, then transitioned to her current career as a licensed realtor with Hunter Real Estate Group in West University. She's spent the past 14 years with Hunter facilitating real estate transactions throughout the greater Houston metropolitan area and providing property management services to residential landlords.
