Broker Danny Foster knows real estate is about more than sales-its about building trust and relationships and offering clients real and valuable knowledge that they can use to make informed decisions. And that is what he has been doing since earning his license in 2002. Born and raised in Louisiana, Danny has called Houston home since 1999. His market encompasses the Memorial and Spring Valley areas, and he offers particular expertise in lot acquisition and luxury home sales, new construction and investments. Dannys previous experience as a land developer and builder gives him a comprehensive view of the real estate market. Danny notes, "I have built luxury homes, studied land values and developed land; I understand Houston's home market and how to get the most for your property.

Jim Barker believes there are two important benefits he can provide his clients: education about real estate, and customer service tailored to each individual.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jim was a classroom teacher, a counselor, a principal, and a school district administrator. As he says, “Education was not just a job for me – I was called to be a teacher. Now I am equally as excited about my real estate career.” Jim’s real estate experience includes waterfront, canal front, and vacation homes in Galveston and the Bay Area.

Jim Barker is a native Houstonian who has lived his entire life in the Greater Houston area. He holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MS from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. Jim is a member of Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church, where he serves as a Eucharistic Visitor. In addition to his church activities, he enjoys travel, architecture, Houston’s history and photography.
