Milan's career first started 10 years ago when she moved to Houston, TX and began working for a general contractor, learning the elements of construction. Mrs. Gretzer is an alumni of University of St. Thomas and was an Environmental Scientist working for Harris County and Medical Photographer in Texas Medical Center. Her history in the Environmental field helped define the need for recommending homes outside the flood zone areas. Since she began her Real Estate career, it has taught her importance of building relationships and more importantly, the desire to help others. "I love my profession for its challenges and rewards!"
