She is unique in her profession as she has many years of experience as a Healthcare Operations Executive who has worked with building medical practices from the ground up- including serving as the primary agent for the medical organizations commercial medical real estate building and land acquisitions.

Victoria is a Southeast Texas native and graduate of the University of North Texas, where she received a BA in Biology and remains a loyal fan of the college football team (GO Eagles!). After receiving her undergraduate degree, she went on to complete her MBA at the University of Phoenix- Houston Campus and then achieved her Texas Realtor license shortly after. She is a lifelong learner and continues to sharpen her skills through various professional development channels.

Currently, Victoria is an active agent with Next Home Luxury Premier, and the Houston Luxury Living Team that offers the personal touch of delivering stellar service to every one of their clients. Her focus and passion is representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis and she considers educating her clients an important part of her role as a REALTOR.

In her free time, Victoria is busy reading, traveling, going to concerts, and enjoying time with her family. As a long-time Houston resident, she enjoys the warm weather all year long.

Born in Venezuela, with professional backgrounds in Norway and family everywhere from Rome to Madrid to New York City, Alfredo is no stranger to embracing different walks of life. Prior to diving into the real estate industry, he worked for years as the sales manager for the Latin American division of a large telecommunications company, traveling extensively for his work. His entrepreneurial skillsets coupled with his diverse background allow him a unique perspective when working with clients. Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Norwegian, Alfredo is a huge asset to Houston's diversified housing market. His goal in every transaction is to provide his clients with clear and open communication so they are informed and educated throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home. He is motivated by being able to support and educate others, and by ensuring everyone he works with feels at ease each step of the way. He understands that each day is a new day and thrives in the challenges searching for a home can bring. Finding someone the perfect home can take a lot of time, but Alfredo goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are always confident in their investment. "Your home is your comfort zone, your life and the place where you will build some of your most vibrant memories. I like that I can play a role in contributing to that," he says. When he isn't busy showing homes, negotiating contracts, or running comps, Alfredo likes to stay active and fill his days with friends and family, whether that's riding bikes together, swimming, or running.

Zelda Cain, originally from Sibley, MS, lives in Houston, TX with her husband of 38 years, three daughters and their families. She is an active servant in her church, a proud grandmother of 4 and a humanitarian in her community. She established a fulfilling career in corporate America before deciding to follow her passion, and dedicate more time and resources to her faith, family, and community. In 2006, Zelda launched her second career in real estate, and in 2016 founded A2Z Real Estate Consultants. Zelda is a lifetime member of Texas Real Estate Teachers Association, a Certified Real Estate Instructor, and an Instructor for the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council. She teaches approved certification, designation and personalized courses for numerous Realtor Boards, Associations, and Conferences throughout the US.
