Zach Sutton
Zach Sutton believes in Southern hospitality through and through and brings that mentality into every aspect of his business. Born and raised in Dallas, he is an avid lover of the performing arts. "Relationships are the center of my business", he says. "I find that real estate is first and foremost about connecting with people, and then understanding what they really want." Zach’s real estate career started in Manhattan with Keller Williams Tribeca in 2016. He then transitioned to Warburg Realty where he catapulted his success. After many years in the world of New York real estate, he decided to move back to Dallas to be closer to family. His love of design and interiors is essential to his success. From staging your home, to curating listing photos, to targeted social media campaigns, his eye for beautiful interiors is a major value added. He is also a repeat Superhost on AIRBNB & has extensive knowledge on investment property ownership, along with the ins and outs of short term rental success. Zach is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®. He loves helping everyone from first time homebuyers to savvy real estate entrepreneurs. He also specializes in apartment locating for those relocating to Dallas. Zach currently lives in Turtle Creek with his sweet goldendoodle Pumba. Outside of real estate, you can catch him on the Katy Trail, spending an evening at the theatre, and always scouring Dallas trying to find the best espresso martini.
