“Regarding Robert Udoh and Myra Aja of RE MAX UNIVERSAL, my Go-To Home Team I began the journey of selling my home in early July and my goal was to have the house emptied and move-in ready by early August. From the time I signed the contract, to seeing the first on-line listing, Robert and Myra advised me, and found contractors for painting, large furnishings pickup and make-ready cleaning. Home preparation began with a house full of the furnishings and memories of three generations and everything had to go. Myra arranged a charity to move the furnishings, came to the storefront to help me pick carpet and flooring, and held up endless samples of paint in search of just the right white to paint the walls. In early August, when the home was ready, Robert and Myra brought me professional photos and videos of the home and surrounding neighborhood. My first impression was, Wow, that s my house . The next part of the process was a bit tougher, because I was firm about my price, and the seller s market was the most difficult in decades. Every week Robert and Myra gave me a personal Tuesday Update, with websites full of facts and figures to help me visualize our current prospects, and then called me to discuss and assess our strategy. When we found a buyer, every call, text and email was answered promptly, to help me navigate the paperwork and make negotiations to close the deal. I have bought, lived in, and sold three houses. Robert and Myra are the most professional, imaginative and memorable agents I have engaged. Sticking a sign in the yard, putting a listing on HAR or MLS, and hosting Open Houses is not enough to sell a house in the current market. I would highly recommend this team to anyone buying or selling a home.”
