In particular, she is very approachable and relaxed in person, making it feel like you have a knowledgeable friend to help guide you through the process. She will also give you her frank opinion about any issues concerns she has to help prevent you from making a mistake. She ll also go the extra mile to make sure you re happy. If we texted her houses we were interested in overnight, she would often have showings lined up the next morning. Her contacts with mortgage brokers and insurance agents also saved us money over anyone we were able to find on our own.
