Yani Paiz was born and raised in Houston. In 1999, she graduated in the top 10% of her class and received an academic scholarship from the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Yani then continued her education at the University of Houston, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Elementary Education. Yani then worked in the restaurant industry, where she refined her customer service and management skills. In 2012, she was given the opportunity to work with special needs adults and then went on to work for a well-known hospital system, which she did until she transitioned to her current career in real estate. Yani had been interested in real estate for many years, but decided to take the leap in 2019. Her many years in customer service, her stellar personality, and her go-getter attitude, have been key reasons that Yani has been successful in her role as Buyer’s Agent for Ronnie & Cathy Matthews Group. Yani absolutely loves real estate and the joy of helping others! When Yani is not visiting with clients about their housing needs or showing homes to potential buyers, she loves to spend time with her husband and her children. She loves to travel and most importantly, she loves being a mom.
