Ya Ling Chuang

Ambrosia is a licensed real estate and insurance agent and generally assists with the management of her family's Hotel/Motel business. She is very active in various professional organization such as Houston Society of Chinese American CPAs (HSCACPAs) and Taiwanese American CPA Association (TACPA). She served as Vice President for TACPA during 2019-2020 session and recently was President of HSCACPAs during 2017-2018 session. Ambrosia has been a lifetime member of The Association of Chinese American Professionals (ACAP) since 2018. Ambrosia actively volunteers and participates in local community activities. She was the President of Institute of Chinese Culture (ICC) during 2019-2022 and currently Director/Secretary. ICC is a non-profit organization that operates Houston's first Chinese language preschool, school, and camps for immersion language learning. Ambrosia is current member and served as Director during 2017-2021 of the Houston-Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce. She is also the current member and was Vice President of the Alumni Association of Tam Kang University for a few years.
