She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which instantly set the tone for the event. The vibe was great, the property itself is beautiful, and everything felt well thought out and inviting. Ellie made everyone feel comfortable and taken care of, and it truly showed how much pride she has in the community she represents. You just found your new home! I'm apartment locator here in Austin and have toured/worked with many communities while navigating an ever changing market. I can not recommend The Wyatt enough! Ask for Ellie in the leasing office! They are super responsive, present all information clearly & the amenities can't be beat!! Especially if you're working from home - the work pods and conference spaces are like none other. The units themselves are absolutely gorgeous! No corners were cut here, there are several different choices of interior aesthetic as well, which is great (everyone has different preferences)! The indoor hallways are perfect too. Secure community & buildings. So quiet & you could even have a nice green wooded view :) If you're looking for luxury in North Austin, this is the place.. did I mention they have elevators?!

I had a great experience at The Wyatt. The apartment community is beautiful, well maintained, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed a lovely brunch on the property, which was such a nice touch and made the experience feel extra special. Ellisha Mcintosh was wonderful—professional, friendly, and always attentive. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents and guests feel valued. I highly recommend The Wyatt to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I have to give a shoutout to Ellie!! I came to tour the property and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. The property here is so pretty and you can tell it’s well cleaned and maintained. I loved it so much that my spouse and I applied that evening when I came home. Even after applying, Ellie has been amazing about communicating with me and following up to answer any questions I had. We can’t wait to call The Wyatt home!!

New apartment complex, built around 2024. Since majority are 5 star reviews, I want to point out a few things for potential renters who would like to know if there are any cons to this place. Very very thin walls, I can hear my neighbors blasting their TV and booming music from outside their apartment while walking in the breezeway, as well as inside my own apartment. Loud booming surround sounds vibrate from my neighbor to my bedroom walls and floor from late afternoon and into the evenings/midnight. The floor creaks in some areas of apartment. Cobwebs in the breezeway and on the walls next to the elevators. It wasn’t until I moved in that I realized the living room windows cannot be opened. The only way to let air in and out is opening the patio door. Can’t wait for when summer is here when flies and other bugs can get in. Community events held at the leasing office are often on a Friday during the day time when many residents are out at work. Staff are nice, amenities are new. Plenty of parking. Carports and garages are hot commodities. Good luck trying to get a detached garage, expect to be on the waitlist for a long time. Biggest perk though: quick turnaround time from the maintenance team! I truly appreciate the maintenance team responding quickly and courteously to work orders! Maintenance director Michael is very knowledgeable. I truly hope that CWS continues to maintain the quality of maintenance and front desk staff! Not sure if there are quiet hours for this apartment complex. If not, I hope it can be implemented. If so, I hope an email can be sent, reminding all residents of this.
