Hello, I'm Winston Oliver Warren Wells IV, a proud member of The Coselli Group at Compass, a licensed Realtor, and a U.S. Air Force veteran with a mission to serve clients with unmatched professionalism, care, and integrity. 
I specialize in a wide range of real estate services, including residential, luxury, multifamily, investment properties, land, commercial, and foreclosure sales throughout Houston and surrounding areas. I hold designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and a certification in New Home Construction and Buyer Representation -credentials that reflect my commitment to mastering every side of the real estate process.
As a veteran, I bring the discipline, strategic planning, and clear communication I learned in the military into every transaction. I've helped first-time homebuyers plant their roots, guided investors through profitable deals, and supported military families through seamless relocations. Outside of real estate, I'm a husband and proud family man. My wife and I are preparing to welcome our first child, and family is the cornerstone of everything I do. That personal foundation only fuels my drive to serve others with loyalty and heart.
