I've been here 2 weeks and been very peaceful and comfortable apartments are nice and big 😀 Staff is amazing, ask for tori or Lynette they will help in every way they can ! They did with me and everything went smooth highly recommend ❤️

Filled out an application and paid the fee ($50). Called every day to follow up and see what else was needed, but no one answered. Finally called me 7 days later, and was told our unit doesn't have W/D hookup. Told them I was no longer interested, wasted fee. Whatever. I get an email 3 weeks afterward saying I owe them a $50 application fee and theyre sending it to collections if i dont pay. Watch how they try to twist this below. So happy we found this complex, manager is absolutely amazing everything gets done and they always have fun events for the residents. She processed our application so fast and was so helpful to find what we needed to fit our family. My neighbors have lived here for years and are so caring and giving. One of my favorite parts is the covered parking is amazing to come home and my spot is right out front and protecting my vehicle from the harsh Texas sun. BEST THING EVER NO ROACHES !!!!!! They stay on their pest control. Never give me any excuses when having a request !!!! I love it here wish I moved sooner!!!!

I had a great experience touring the property thanks to Canaan. She was incredibly professionally, friendly, and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The tour was well organized, informative, and gave me a clear picture of what it would be like to live here!
