I am enjoying living here after seven months, and look forward to the rest of my lease. My building is clean and my unit is kept updated with regular maintenance requests. My unit’s appliances are older but they work just fine. The grounds are cleaned daily and my neighbors are quiet and kind. My only complaint is sometimes the lot I prefer to park in gets full at night, but it’s easy to park in the next lot. I hope to renew my lease because I love my unit and the location!

Stay far away from this place it’s infested with rats and mice i’ve been dealing with this problem for over a month. They send the maintenance men over at least once a day patching a poles. They’re chewing up cabinets, eating my food, eating my soap in the bathroom, completely destroying this apartment and the complex will not move me or even do anything about the problem my partner’s here visiting from Connecticut. He just had back surgery and he’s recovering here. It’s him his two pugs and my two Yorkies and they said they refused to move us to a different apartment because my company has two pugs here. Please make this make sense. The lady in the office is nothing but rude unhelpful she has a bad attitude. She has no business working in customer service. It shocks me that they have somebody with such disregard for people’s issues working for them if I show that same type of poor attitude at my job I wouldn’t have one

I’ve been living here for almost a year now. I’ve had my car towed from the apartments for no reason. Even after proving my car didn’t leak any fluids. Then on July 3rd, the ceiling in my laundry room collapsed from a water leak. I waited 2 months before calling code enforcement. I was promised by Ann the manager that she would make it up to me. Said not to pay my rent until after I spoke to her. Was going to give me a discount. After 3 days of her not returning my calls or emails, I just paid the full amount. Took less than a day for the bandaid fix that was done. Repaired the same day the code enforcement agent was on the property reviewing other claims, as well as my own. Within 2 weeks the mold that was growing, came back. They left part of the walls open where the leak was repaired, and I could hear some animals scratching in the walls of my living room. November 8th brought an even worse water leak. I have even more mold in my laundry room now. Please read my review, and see the attached pictures. More importantly, read their response. It’s a canned paragraph, that they make adjustments to. Shows the level of concern or caring for their customers. Everyone responsible should be relieved of their duties here. UPDATE: August 28, 2025 Since this incident, I’ve had 2 other maintenance requests. They were handled promptly and completely. There has also been a change or 2 with personnel. Awesome staff. I’ve been here now for almost 3 years. I’m glad I stayed.

As stated below, some apartment owners act like they’re on your side—until they’re not. Be careful. Protect yourself. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through what I did. This could happen to you too.

Horrible place of living. Lived there for 2 years and had a mice problem. In that time I caught 22 mice in my apartment. They wouldn’t do anything about it but cover holes and Mickey Mouse Club house my apartment. I had to pay out of my own pocket for pest control and he did the best he could but still had mice problems. They wouldn’t switch me apartments. They said they would charge me more. Only good thing they did was work with paying rent but even that was iffy because they switched management and they want payments on the 1st and the whole rent. And when it rains it floods there.
