Hello my name is James Andrew I'm a realtor working with Ultima Real Estate company. I currently office, live and work outside of Willis, TX while our corporate headquarters office is located in Dallas TX. I have been a State of Texas licensed Realtor 14 plus years.

I was born, adopted as a baby by two amazing parents and raised in rural southwest Wisconsin on a small farm with two other brothers and one sister. Eventually moving permanently to Texas in 2007; at the time started a residential new construction and home remodeling company in the Corpus Christi, TX area. Following the housing collapse I decided to study and earn my State of Texas real estate agents license in November of 2008. I feel my prior work history, and skills learned lived allow me to help both our buyer and sellers of real estate in valuable ways for them.

Im married to my amazing wife Brenda J. Andrew of 14 years who is also a Realtor and has been since 2003. She has so many great people skills and talents. Nelva Corona-Vargas, who is a native of Chicago, Illinois, has been a home owner in Lake Conroe and Greater Houston area since 2005. She loves the diversity of lake, city, country, fine dining, cozy cafes and all the opportunities for entertaining her children as well as enjoying all that is offered cultural wise as an adult too. There are museums, art galleries as well as opportunities to explore the great Sam Houston National Forest. Nelva started her real estate career back in Chicago, a few years before she moved to the Houston area. In Chicago she dealt mostly in commercial real estate and enjoyed all the challenges that can and do arise as well as the reward of getting the transaction done. Upon moving to the Houston/Montgomery/Conroe area she still has a passion for commercial real estate, but found that she really loves the area. Nelva lived a portion of her youth in Mexico, where she learned to speak Spanish as well as other dialects.
