Hello, my name is James Andrew I'm a realtor working with Aqua Terra Real Estate Company. I live and work outside of Willis, TX where our company offices main office is also located. I have been a State of Texas licensed Realtor 16 plus years.

I was born, adopted as a baby by two amazing parents and raised in rural southwest Wisconsin on a small farm with two other brothers and one sister. Eventually moving permanently to Texas in 2007; at the time started a residential new construction and home remodeling company in the Corpus Christi, TX area. Following the housing collapse I decided to study and earn my State of Texas real estate agents license in November of 2008. I feel my prior work history, and skills learned lived allow me to help both our buyer and sellers of real estate in valuable ways for them.

My work/life history has been exciting, enriching with knowledge, and some hard lessons. State of Texas licensed Realtor 2008-Present Worked in the construction field as a residential general contractor ( both new and remodeling ) 2006-2007 Worked as a cad designer for Oscar Mayer/Kraft Foods companies engineering department 1996 - 2005 Worked in the construction field as designer, manager, builder 1994-1996 Worked for two separate civil / municipal / architectural engineering companies 1989-1994 Worked for two manufacturing companies as draftsperson and QA inspector 1985-1989 I also crop farmed between 160-400 acres in addition to working a full time off-farm job between 1985-2007

Im married to my amazing wife Brenda J. Andrew of 16 years who is Aqua Terra Real Estates Broker. She has so many great people skills and talents. We feel that with both our talents combined and many years of experience we provide real estate service to our clients that are best of the best. We are also both Houston Association Of Realtors ( Platinum Members ), Conroe Lake Conroe Chamber Of Commerce Members, National Association Of Realtor Members, and Members of The Ark Church in Conroe Texas.

We've been blessed with 5 children combined, 3 grand children, and 2 outside cats we adopted from the prior owner of the home we bought and live in currently. We enjoy a long list of non-work activities such as fishing, gardening, boating, water activities of all kinds, mission work, volunteering, card games, etc.
