“William is a very respectful, honest, and hardworking realtor®. He helped me find my home last November after about 3 4 months of searching and walking through countless houses. One thing that really stood out about William was his communication and honesty. He wasn t afraid to tell me what I didn t want to hear. There were several homes I really wanted, but he helped me pass on them because of major damage, expensive renovations, or other issues that could have cost me a lot of money down the road. He also kept me from impulsively buying a house simply because I was so eager to become a homeowner. Eventually, we found a home that I truly love, and looking back, I m thankful that he encouraged me to stay patient. William made the entire process extremely smooth. There was never a day when I felt like I couldn t reach him or had to worry about him not responding to my calls or messages. He was always supportive, attentive, and willing to do his research. “William is amazing! He is extremely attentive, and truly goes above and beyond. He even helped us with moving some items that were difficult to get out to say the least! A huge safe that had to be turned and pried and scooted before a lift could ever get it out through the door. He is conscientious and extremely thoughtful. He’s honest and honorable. If he makes any oversight, he owns it! That is very rare these days. I would never have expected a Real Estate Agent to have done all he did to assist in selling our childhood home that our parent’s built 63 year ago! Then he sends a gift as a thanks for our business that was so very thoughtful and meaningful—a watercolor of our parents’ home as a keepsake!
