William Manas

William Manas is a REALTOR® with The Kinne Group, one of the founding teams of SERHANT. Texas. He specializes in first-time home buyers and new construction across Katy, Cypress, Sealy, Richmond, and the rural communities west of Houston, including Waller, Brookshire, and Somerville. A Texas native, he was born and raised in Somerville and now lives in Katy with his wife.

William spent more than 12 years in retail and manufacturing leadership before real estate, building a foundation in relationship-building and operational strategy. He moved into the business to do the part of management he loved most: helping people reach a goal that matters.

His small-town roots are part of what makes his coverage area a natural fit. He knows both the master-planned suburbs like Katy and Cypress and the smaller communities further out, so buyers looking past the metro for more land or a quieter pace have someone who actually knows those markets. For first-time buyers and new-construction clients, he builds a clear plan up front, maps out each step, and guides them through the decisions so they always know where they stand and where they're headed.
