Wendy Hearn

Wendy came to real estate with over 25 years experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. Her dedication to consistently provide exceptional service is well matched with our corporate commitment to not simply satisfy our clients, but to amaze them. Wendy and her husband, Russ, owned and operated an entertainment production company, producing entertainment for major organizations such as Texas Instruments, EDS, and the American Heart Association before opening two highly successful live music theaters, both still operating today. Her administrative and organizational abilities make her the ideal real estate agent; diligent, thorough and professional, always keeping her clients’ needs and desires as her first priorities. Though business keeps her busy, Wendy enjoys volunteering in her community, delivering Meals on Wheels, singing with her husband at The Bridge church where Russ serves as an associate pastor, and volunteering with the youth program at the church. She is also a founding member of a local organization, Fredericksburg Salutes our Wounded Warriors, a group that sponsors and organizes events in the Hill Country for wounded servicemen and women receiving treatment at the San Antonio Military Medical Center. She is passionate about connecting in her town through service and involvement with various community groups.
