“Wendi Lacki is a highly professional Realtor who worked really hard on our behalf in an extremely challenging real estate market We had an extensive wish list and worked with Wendi for more than a year intensely for 8 months after selling our home in another state to find the perfect home. During this time her integrity and passion to help us find the right home really shined. She was always well-prepared with information about the listings and the neighborhoods we viewed. Early on, she evaluated things we liked didn t like in each home to better understand our needs and to set up customized search parameters for daily emails. As we continued to view dozens maybe 100? of homes, she always asked How does X work in regards to our wish list. We often felt guilty about how much time Wendi spent showing us properties, but her servant-heart led her to quickly say It s your money and you get to choose how to spend it and it s on your time We particularly appreciated Wendi s constant communication about her availability, what was next in the buying closing process, her willingness to search for needed information, always asking what else she could do for us, and staying in touch after closing when we needed information help from the seller on disconnecting their technology security accounts.
