Welcome to visit 3H Realty website. It's been over 10 years since I became a realtor. Opening my new chapter as a broker can be challenging, since the focus has been shifted from a producer to a trainer. I would want anyone who visited the website to answer what 3H means since you have travelled thus far to visit the website. It represents 3 areas I have been involved in during my 15 years' life in US. I was a university teacher for 12 years before coming to US to be trained as a church minister. After working full time for 5 years, I got my license to start real estate business. I was so glad that I bought my own house as my first case. I always believe God help and provide for those who help themselves.
For all the years work in real estate practice, I have served many that have the need to buy, sell, rent, and manage their houses.
As a broker, I am here to help more people like me to start and succeed in real estate and work together to serve a bigger market. I am a people person with a heart of serving others, so commission itself is not the goal for me. I have been with 5 different companies with all kinds of different requirements, so I have accumulated a lot of experience. I believe and enjoy the life-long learning process and there is never an end for self improvement.
