Hello, this is David Fang. I have just opened my new chapter as a broker. I was a university teacher for 12 years before coming to US to be trained as a church preacher. After working for 5 years as a full-time church minister, I realized I could not even be helped by any realtor and loan officer to get a house. I was glad I bought my house before I was laid off. I was so glad that I had spent my spare time studying to get my own license and bought my own house. I always believe God help and provide for those who help themselves. For my past 6 years work in real estate, I have served many that have the need to buy, sell, rent, and manage their houses. Right now, I have opened a new chapter of being a broker to help more people like me to succeed in real estate and work together to serve a bigger market. I am a people person with a heart of serving others, and business itself is not the goal for me.
