Timeshare buyers and sellers have little or no options in the timeshare resales marketplace. Our company once specialized in helping individual vacation enthusiasts and owners for over 25 years. Over time the developers lobbied governmental agencies to put many restrictions on resales and the developers morphed the product so the individual owners have a hard time reselling and some do not even understand what they own. By 2005 we had sold in timeshare resorts located in 47 states & 29 countries and had timeshare buyers & sellers from all 50 states and 85 countries. We got out of the timeshare resale business several years ago.
