As a member of HAR/MLS, how can I show clients homes and dallas and access supra

There are some areas you may be able to still access. I helped my cousins in Ft Worth. I searched for the property as a consumer facing side, used NARRPR to do my research on it that way. If you have an affiliate brokerage there see if the broker is a member of that MLS also. You can always be kind and polite to the listing agent and ask for access directly. Ive only had one grouchy agent deny me for WACO MLS showing before, but most people will be friendly to help you show their listing. Afterall the listing agent should want to show the house right? You could also do a referral agreement with that agent as a last resort too. There is another way to search global listings and the builders website and it could pop up there too. You are going to want to pull up a Matrix page > then go to search > then to quick rental > (map out the neighborhood, enter the criteria of your current property that you are running a CMA for except broaden the criteria just slightly to open up a few more options. Lastly, put criteria as sold: 0-180 days...sometimes nothing will populate so go back more on days (ie: 250, 365 etc.).

Yes, you can do that if you use Matrix. Just add a field "Access" for searching Gated-Community.
