Mr. Purdy is a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and acts in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and is competent and knowledgeable in the assessment of residential real estate properties. Mr. Purdy has focused on residential appraisals in Texas since 2003, specializing in Fort Bend and Harris counties as well as proposed construction, condominiums, and undeveloped land. Mr. Purdy receives continuing education appraisal courses at the Columbia Institute, McKissock and Champion School of Real Estate.
