“Vy went above and beyond for us, especially considering we were out of town buyers. She toured and took videos of a handful of houses that we were highly interested in and provided her recommendation on which house fit our style, needs, and wants. We put a house that she recommended under contract without physically seeing it through her help and purchased the same house in the end! Vy was extremely diligent in communicating with us and the sellers' agent to get all of the necessary information we needed. She was also extremely helpful in referring us to a lender and insurance companies, both of which we also ended up using in the end after shopping around.
