Steve is a native Cambodian and graduated in Business Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston. Beginning his career at JP Morgan Chase Bank, he launched into Real Estate with Keller Williams Realty Memorial with great success. His specialties are market analysis, accredited buyers representation, luxury home marketing and personalized residential home sales and rentals - always with his client needs and wishes in mind. Another area of expertise is foreclosures and investor properties. He is very familiar with all MLS, social media and direct marketing tools available for a successful and speedy transaction, including financing options. A long term Houstonian resident, Steve is an enthusiastic and result oriented realtor who loves to show his clients the best that Houston has to offer. If there is free time, he follows soccer and enjoys fishing and cook good food.
