Josh is very easy to talk to, I know sometimes the idea of a working with a realtor can be intimidating to some but Josh listened to my wants, my needs and most importantly worked with my budget. As a result we found the place that I have lived in for going on 2 years! Whenever I do plan on relocating Josh is going to be the first person I contact whether its renting or purchasing I know he's got my back.

We found Josh at a rental property and he gave us his card as that property was already under contract. He worked with us and stayed in touch regularly. We never thought we could lease a house through an agent but Josh made it possible. As transparent as we were with him, he was with us. We had a short deadline and he did what he could to make sure we would not be without a home. He was amazing and will always be my go to. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a home to buy or rent. He will be our go to when we purchase our first home.

Alexandra is very nice, down to earth, and goes the extra mile to help you find the home you want. I am currently working with her and I close within 2 weeks on a new build. I definitely recommend her!
