Agents,\n\nLooking for a commercial Realtor. I have a client that is looking to set up multiple retail locations related to gas station/car wash/oil change establishments. He moved to Houston with a company a few years ago and he just resigned from them. He has opened these types of business before for his parent company, but now wanting to do this on his own. Hoping to set up in the Cypress area first. But also looking in Katy and up to Spring/Tomball.\n\nWould want to collect a referral fee to assist this client. He will be looking for experience with land purchase, connections to builders and lending. Multi-year project. He asked me to filter. Let me know if your that type of agent that works with this.
