They allow thugs to move in to our nice community. Several of the neighbors including myself have called in about 1 particular home that had men hanging out with guns and they continue to hang up on us. They chased kids and women with their guns we made a police report a few guns were recovered 3/31/24 but they landlord still allow them to stay in our community.

Vijai is a wonderful realtor to work with and a great human being. He understood our needs well and showed great market awareness. We were very picky with the criteria for our home, and it took us a long time to find one that satisfied us. I'm a homeowner and I recently engaged with Vijai after a horrendous experience with a different Property Management Agency. The difference has been night and day so far, with Vijai showing me in every step of the way about his quality of work. He provides access to homeowners on a Tenant portal where every transaction and communication is kept transparent. He strikes an excellent balance between a homeowner and the tenant - having the owner weigh from a tenant's perspective. He never suggests anything unreasonable for the homeowner. He took care of many essential maintenance issues and making our home ready for the next tenant. He is always prompt in communication, even if its after office hours or over the weekend. I'm happy that I picked Vijai as a Property Management agent, he was able to get our property rented out in Sugar Land TX within a month's time it was listed. I worked with Vijay as an out of town buyer/renter. He was always available to answer questions and had great knowledge about the local market. He was always responsive to questions and conducted many virtual tours without hesitation. I would definitely use his services in the future.

Vijai is very knowledgeable on both the rental and buy sell of the properties. He helped us in all aspects for buying property, as well as helping find a good tenant , and then also finally help sell the property. He works with the other party realtors, and works for his client in getting the right price quickly. I am happy to have vijay for all my property dealings. He is amazing, and charges reasonably.
