Veronica Sierra

Veronica Sierra’s decision to dedicate her life to real estate was not made lightly. She has always been fascinated by real estate, homes and everything to do with property, and was determined to turn that passion into a career. She first became hooked by watching HGTV shows on buying, decorating and flipping homes long before it was popular, and made a conscious decision to seek out the best in the business and learn as much as she possibly could in the interest of becoming a top producer. Her first foray into the world of property development came in 2006 while working as the assistant to the sales manager for a prestigious home builder. She designed marketing materials that would support the high-end services they offered, and it was there that she discovered her natural flair for customer service. Learning to listen to the needs of potential home buyers, she successfully convinced several clients to return and purchase their dream home, fueling her ambition to take things to the next level. She is an energetic and focused go-getter and loves the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment, putting 100% of herself into every single task. She has finally landed her dream job, and is excited to be gaining valuable experience from one of the most respected brokers in the region.

Originally from Houston, Veronica relocated to Spring, Texas, in 2003 where she has built a fulfilling life with her husband of seventeen years and their two sons. She volunteers as a children’s ministry teacher every Sunday, hoping to inspire and make a positive impact on young lives, much as she herself was inspired in her youth. She loves to read and listen to inspirational books in her spare time, and is currently reading The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy, as well as other books that motivate her in her life and career.
