It would be helpful for your clients if they could get the comps the county used to base their opinion for the value. Be careful not to imply your comparable search is an \"appraisal\" unless you are a licensed appraiser. There are several appraisal firms in the area that will do an appraisal for tax purposes - O\'Connor and Associates comes to mind. Remember to the be source for the source if this is out of your wheelhouse and let the people who are experienced in appraisals help your clients.

I have low credit history and criminal history from 12years ago.I have really good income but I keep getting denied. I need to move out by the end of November. Can anyone help me rent a home?
