Says Veronica, "I am especially drawn to the diversity of our residents. Our exemplary school system is a huge draw for young families. The beautiful pine tree lined roads that wind through nearby Sam Houston National Forest bring bikers from miles around. This area has a laid back vibe and your neighbors are likely to be an interesting mix. There is an authenticity to the people here that I really appreciate."

Veronica's professional experience has prepared her well for a career in real estate. She previously enjoyed a successful career in sales with Bombardier Flexjet, a fractional ownership program for business jets. Veronica says, 'It was a dream job for me. I've always had a passion for aviation. I had the opportunity to do some really fun things, such as flying to corporate events on Learjets and living in New York City for a while. But I also gained invaluable business experience. While the details of a deal are important, it's crucial to act in a consultative role to fully understand a client's needs and negotiate a successful transaction." Veronica then went to work for Prestige Properties - a boutique firm in Dallas focused on staging vacant homes to increase their appeal to prospective buyers. In Houston, she broadened her real estate knowledge by working with a company that provided a guaranteed buy out program for home sellers. During her time there, she also landed the largest account in company history.

Veronica's well rounded background puts her in a position to understand both sides of your transaction. As a wife and mother of two young children, she understands the importance of the intangibles in real estate. That also has to be balanced with making a good business decision. She has a heart for the emotional side and head for the business side of the transaction. Born and raised in and around Dallas, she moved to Lake Conroe over fifteen years ago where she currently resides with her husband, son and daughter.
