I am a native Houstonian, and a world traveler. My background is in Accounting, specifically in the Retail Energy Market and Commercial Real Estate. I've been a Realtor since 2010, and I LOVE what I do. My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I also believe in keeping in contact with past clients and helping them understand how changes in the market could impact their buying or selling decisions. Beyond that, I also seek to learn about the long term goals and plans for each of my clients to help plan accordingly. I don't want to just sell you a house, I want to join you in a life long friendship, and forever be your trusted real estate advisor. I believe that if you're not left with a happy and educating experience, I haven't done my job. I don't measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always do my best to be available to ALL of my clients before, during, and AFTER the transaction is complete. I spend countless hours studying the market and really knowing my region. My client base expands across Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Galveston, Chambers, Brazoria, and all other surrounding counties. I've lived, or have family and friends all over, so I make it my mission to know what is happening in the market everywhere, regularly. I also don't just give advice, I educate. Within a real estate transaction, buyers and sellers are often faced with decisions that they are uneasy about making. It is my job to educate clients on their options and insight on potential outcomes so that they can make the decision that is best for them, and then advocate on their behalf to get that accomplished.
