Vanessa Hammonds

Vanessa is originally from Keller, TX where graduated a 4 year varsity lettermen from Fossil Ridge High School. She attended the University of Houston and received a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising/Public Relations. An avid traveler, Vanessa has visited more than 30 countries & continues to choose Texas to call home! She is the self-proclaimed hostess with themostest as she loves ensuring her guests are well taken care of, curating a detailed experience and anticipating their needs and wishes. Vanessa prides herself in translating this to her real estate business with every client - treating every client with attention to detail, custom marketing plans and going the extra mile. Vanessa's family, friends & clients will all tell you her work ethic is unparalleled resulting in a pleasant experience for buyers, sellers, tenants & landlords. Having been a homebuyer, seller, landlord and tenant - she understands the delicate nature of each position. She purchased her first home at 25, turned it into an income generating machine as an AirBnB Superhost and enjoyed nearly doubling the value in just 5 years. Outside of work Vanessa enjoys raising her Great Dane, Tommy, cooking, hosting intimate gatherings, working out and is always looking for her next DIY or decorating project!
