Is HAR going to recommend not having open houses due to Covid19 shut down?

Not a good idea. They are allowed but HAR took the option down to prevent them as much as possible. Offer zoom and facetime tours for eager buyers.

I\'ve have seen many online programs but don\'t feel secure purchasing them. My current job is very demanding so in class will not work

Hi Carlos, I took my courses through RealEstateU which I obtained from Groupon for $165. Each test (6) cost $25 through ProctorU. All online, then I prepped using Prep Agent on Youtube and I passed on my first try. Good luck to you and let me know when you start I can give you some tips.

I would like to remain a member of HAR, although the new broker I am thinking of joining isn\'t. He is solely a commercial broker himself, but I would like to still have the ability to do both. He says it is not worth it for him to become a member because they are a small group of maybe 8 commercial agents, and he would have to pay for himself and everyone else when I am the only one interested in staying with HAR to have the ability to do both. How can I do this?
