For their seller clients, they have developed a 33 point comprehensive marketing system that provides clients with some very unique services for listing properties. It is unmatched in the local market! A few of the strategies include advertising your listing on over 100 local & national websites, reverse prospecting & reverse offers, and providing an immediate call tracking system for inquiries, & virtual broker open houses. They work closely with Buyers to educate & protect them throughout the process. They analyze, not only the most recent sales activity in an area, but also complete trend reports to see the longer term history of the neighborhood's sales prices. Their goal is to negotiate a strong deal & help buyers obtain "instant equity". Valery grew up around real estate by helping her grandparents fix up homes & re-sell and/or lease them. They also owner financed many properties to increase their returns even more, so she realized early on the power of Real Estate. She followed in her family's footsteps & was an Investor for many years before obtaining her Real Estate License in 2006, after retiring as a Health Care Executive. She & her husband love to travel, enjoy great wine, & LOVE animals! She "gets in trouble" a lot with her husband for rescuing animals! The team is also committed to giving back to the community. Val volunteers regularly at an Assisted Living Facility, & they donate a portion of their earned commission from every transaction to the charity of their clients' choice!
