Trudy earned a BBA in Marketing/Management and has over 25 years of business, sales and marketing experience. Her background has given her the experience to be a STRONG NEGOTIATOR. Trudy worked previously for a luxury home real estate brokerage as their Marketing Director and then continued her career by starting her own event/wedding coordinating business. Over 10 years, she coordinated and hosted over 850 events/weddings, big and small. She organized every detail and ensured that she kept her clients STRESS-FREE throughout the entire process while offering top notch service. This service has carried through into her real estate career today.
Trudy was honored to be the Director of Activities and Transportation for a large Retirement Community in San Antonio where their mission was: "Caring to create a lifestyle that nurtures the spirit". She believed in that mission and enjoyed being around each and everyone of the residents. Trudy is excited to have received the SRES® - Seniors Real Estate Specialist & Certified Seniors Professional Designations. She has the experience and knowledge working with 55+ adults and enjoy assisting them in any real estate, aging in place or downsizing need. Trudy was also chosen to be a Preferred Agent with 55Places.com, a nationwide retirement home resource for seniors. She is an expert with retirement communities in San Antonio and the surrounding area. Trudy helps seniors across the nation find the perfect home here locally. She has also worked personally with many of the same affiliations/organizations as seniors through my daughter who has special needs.

Trudy is also a Realogy Corporate and Partner Programs Certified Agent within her brokerage's Relocation Dept. which offers the advantage of proven expertise and Realogy resources in serving clients at the very highest professional level. She is able to help buyers and sellers with the purchase or sale of their home ANYWHERE in the USA. Trudy was chosen in her brokerage office to be the Relocation Ambassador as well back in 2022. She educated newer agents in the office about relocation.
Trudy has worked hard to have earned the Coldwell Banker's Luxury Property Specialist Certification for Global Luxury and The Institute's CLHMS™ designation. Selling & buying in the luxury market has always been a goal of hers. She was just awarded as a Platinum Top50 Winner for 2024-2025.
Trudy was chosen to be a Partner Agent with Neighborhoods.com because of her expertise in the area. She has also earned the MRP - Military Relocation Professional designation. Her husband & now Realtor, Greg Scott, served in the military as well as several other family members. She appreciates those that have served for our country! Living in Military City, USA (San Antonio), Trudy has been fortunate to work with many military families. She enjoys being able to SERVE them! She has also earned her certification through the City of San Antonio Office Of Historic Preservation as a Historic House Specialist and most recently earned the Certified Real Estate Negotiator designation.
