I have a housing voucher for the triangle area. I need help finding some who can help me find a place. I don’t know where to even start. Help please

The HAR app offers a search tool for this. Under lease term selection section 8 and it will display all homes in that area that currently participating in the program. If you’re limited to a smaller area sometimes I have found it helpful to extend my search to homes that are currently lease and may be up for renewal. Your agent can pull these and might be willing to reach out to the agents to see if they have any coming up. Good luck in your search!

Where do I find mortgage lenders for low income people?

Hi Alexandra, Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation is a great place to start. They offer many programs for low to moderate income families including loans, grants and home buyer education programs. They also have a list of lenders that you can reach out to about specific programs.
