I couldn’t be happier with my experience at The Trinity Apartments. My leasing agent, Jordan, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I found the perfect apartment. Kate, the community manager, was equally wonderful and helped make the entire process smooth and welcoming. Kate, the community manager, was equally wonderful and helped make the entire process smooth and welcoming. Having lived in the area for the past three years, I can honestly say this is the cleanest, most beautifully maintained, well-designed, and most welcoming apartment community I’ve found by far. The professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail truly set The Trinity apart. I’m excited to call this community home!

So the amount of rent that I pay, and now that I’m viewing other apartment complexes, this is very poorly maintained and ran off of excuses of watch maiden is not something that should have to happen for you guys to take authority around this apartment complex. I shouldn’t run into homeless people on our stairs doors constantly propped open with objects that are only supposed to be open with key fobs cars are constantly broken into but again you have a patrol officer that’s on the property...

I shouldn’t run into homeless people on our stairs doors constantly propped open with objects that are only supposed to be open with key fobs cars are constantly broken into but again you have a patrol officer that’s on the property that lives on property just don’t understand what it is that she’s responsible for doing because our safety is not it walking down the hallway. You’re constantly in counting trash from people just leaving outside which follows up with mosquitoes, you’re walking and urine from people allowing their dog to just urine anywhere and again for the amount of rent that you guys are asking for your property should be immaculate.

The property is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere makes it a great place to call home. One of the biggest reasons I’ve enjoyed living here is the incredible staff. Kate, Chris, and Jordan consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and taken care of. They are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their professionalism and positive attitudes truly set this community apart. I also have to give a special shoutout to Carlos from the maintenance team. Carlos is absolutely awesome! He is prompt, skilled, courteous, and takes pride in his work. Any maintenance request is handled quickly and thoroughly, and he always takes the time to make sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. It’s rare to find an apartment community with a team that genuinely cares about its residents, but Trinity has exactly that. The combination of excellent management, outstanding maintenance support, and a great living environment makes this one of the best places I’ve lived in Dallas. I highly recommend Trinity to anyone looking for a community that feels like home.

I’ve lived here for eight months and while the property looks nice, the experience has been extremely disappointing and unsafe. Within two months of moving in, my car was broken into. I’ve lived here for eight months and while the property looks nice, the experience has been extremely disappointing and unsafe. Within two months of moving in, my car was broken into. Shortly after, I began dealing with ongoing issues with packages being stolen from the so-called “secured” package room. If packages don’t fit in the lockers, delivery drivers leave them on the counter where residents have to dig through piles of packages to find theirs. Many of mine have gone missing this way. Back in July, I suggested to Stephanie that management place a sign outside the package room instructing drivers to deliver packages to residents’ doors when lockers are full since items left on the counter are constantly stolen. I never received a response. The situation escalated last month when I had medication delivered because I was too sick to drive. I received a delivery photo showing it placed on the package room counter. Within 30 minutes it had already disappeared. When management reviewed the footage, Jahan initially insisted that my sister had taken the package, which was completely untrue. She later called back admitting it was a case of mistaken identity and said another resident had actually taken it. I was told to file a police report and assured management would cooperate and provide evidence. However, the detective later informed me the office never returned his calls. Despite leaving multiple voicemails myself, I received little to no follow-up from Jahan or Stephanie. Seven months after my original suggestion, a small “sign” was finally placed inside the package room on the counter instead of outside the door where delivery drivers would actually see it. Unsurprisingly, the problem continues. After months of stolen packages, poor communication, and no accountability, nothing has been resolved. For a property marketed as “luxury,” the management response has been anything but. I feel unheard, disregarded, and most importantly unsafe living here. I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to read the reviews carefully before signing a lease.
