Trey Cothran

 With over 9 years of experience in real estate, I take pride in helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and leasing process with confidence. Born and raised in Deer Park, Texas, real estate has always been close to home. My grandparents founded Victory Properties Inc. in 1980, and joining the family business allowed me to continue being part of that legacy while helping clients throughout Southeast Houston.

I believe integrity, communication, and putting my clients first are what matter most. Whether negotiating to get my clients the best possible deal or working behind the scenes to anticipate potential problems before they arise, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I work with all types of real estate clients and understand that every situation is different. I believe a great realtor® listens, respects each client's needs, and provides honest guidance and options so they can feel comfortable with their decisions. My approach is laid-back and straightforward, while always keeping my clients' best interests in mind.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy relaxing at home and enjoying a good cigar. I'm also a member of the Galveston County Cigar Lions Club.
