She got to know my family and I so that she could help us find the perfect forever home. Trena understood my needs and "must haves" in the new home and did not show any homes that did not meet those requirements, nor did she try to steer me in a different directions. She was very thorough and paid attention to detail when walking through to the potential homes. Trena brought to my attention details and bonuses to the home that I would have otherwise missed. “We met Trena at a house she had listed. She came out immediately after our call to let us in, which was impressive. She listened to our very specific needs and had some really good feedback about schools, area dynamics, etc. She followed up with lists of possible houses and kept us in the loop with new listings. When we were available to see homes (we live out of state), she made time to take us around. We went through several different areas of Houston and changes of mind, but she kept at it. We finally found a house...a Fannie Mae house, which meant a whole new level of paperwork and government stuff. She was on the eve of a long vacation and stayed up all night to get the paperwork done for us. Even from the opposite side of the world, she kept in touch as everything went through the title company. A truly dedicated realtor!”
